Plaintiff personal injury law firm that is located in downtown Tampa  seeks a positive, energetic and committed team member to serve as the first contact with all potential clients.

Intake Legal Assistant are primarily responsible for handling calls coming to the law firm from individuals seeking legal representation. Effective Intake Managers must obtain accurate information from callers, and communicate all pertinent information to an attorney. Further, Intake Managers are tasked with preparing paperwork for potential clients to execute; coordinating meetings with investigators; filing of executed documents and set up of electronic files; updating of daily reports reflecting incoming calls and sources of calls; and providing backup support to the receptionists when needed.
